Birthlink Director (New 02/06/08)
We are looking for a volunteer director to join our board who has financial experience. Ideally this would be an accountant but as we have someone who does the accounts this is not an onerous job. The board meets on a Wednesday afternoon from 2 – 4 once every six weeks. The role involves looking at the accounts once a month and presenting a one page summary to the other board members. Executive committee -
Have you some time to spare? Would you like to get involved with our work? Birthlink (formerly Family Care Incorporated) is looking for people from all walks of life to serve on their Executive Committee. We would especially like to hear from those affected by after adoption issues or those with a financial background. The Committee meets on average, every 6 weeks in Edinburgh.
