Finance Convenor

Birthlink urgently seeks a new Finance Convenor for this volunteer position on our board.

Birthlink Director

We are looking for a volunteer director to join our board who has PR experience. Ideally this would be someone who works in PR or the media and has some time and energy to spare to help us raise our profile. The board meets on a Wednesday afternoon from 2 – 4 once every six weeks. The role is for a volunteer director who can help steer us in the right direction and who may have some contacts in PR. The Board

Have you some time to spare? Would you like to get involved with our work? Birthlink (formerly Family Care Incorporated) is looking for people from all walks of life to serve on their Board. We would especially like to hear from those affected by after adoption issues or those with a financial background. The Board meets on average, every 6 weeks in Edinburgh. We are looking for a few local people willing and able to uplift unwanted items from Birthlink Thrift shops and take to council dump on a rota basis. Please call Jennifer Bryson on 0131 225 6441 for further details.
